Cool spring weather, nice cloudy day, and the pleasant smell of burning rubber all up in your nostrils. You know it will be a good day!
April 20th 2013, Friction Motor Sports out of OKC and SticktoDrifting.com held their second Drift event. Red River Shootout 2, was held in Stroud Oklahoma. It was my first time at a drift event (vhx) and I gotta say, pretty legit stuff to watch. I would much rather be in the passenger seat getting all the second hand action but I had to “sticktophotography” and capture all the legit drifts.
So it’s James again helping out OK:Stance with some coverage of Cupcake Meet 13: Cupcakin’ for a Cure. Well, let’s just jump right into the good stuff.

Import Face Off was founded by a man named Cliff Wallace. Cliff was tried of local drag strips not hosting events for imports due to the “domestic craze” back then. So, the LSU college graduate wanted to host his own and rented the track out. The first IFO event brought out over 1900 enthusiast, and thus Import Face Off was born.
